Each workout is tailored to meet your needs using circuit training, resistance training, plyometrics, functional training, balancing, and stretching

 

Small groups - up to 4 people

Like the social aspect of a group workout?  Want to workout with friends, but not sure what to do?  I can customize a workout for you and your friends that will be both fun and make you sweat.  Contact me for pricing for small groups.

 

Mercer Island Studio

Workouts are in Dana's private studio, conveniently located at the north end of Mercer Island.  You don't need expensive, fancy equipment, just a few useful items that Dana will provide.  You'll get a great workout.
